In Argos Restaurant they elaborate their dishes of handmade way, they pamper and they take care of every detail to make that each dish is special and unique. The temporality and the product of always are present at the time of the elaboration of its kitchen, a kitchen rooted in the recipe balearian but at the same time traveling and daring.
Some specialties are the Japanese sunomono (served in a marble bowl), the suckling pig at low temperature for 12 hours, and a dessert called 'Sexy'.
Argos has a Michelin Star for 2017.
