The Fortress Restaurant has Hotel Cap Rocat as a backdrop, located in its main courtyard. It is open for dinner every day and its gastronomic offer features traditional Majorcan Cuisine created by Chef Víctor García in an ideal atmosphere.
Some of their specialties are: loin of black monkfish with roasted romesco with creamy Ratte potatoes and roasted garlic, Majorcan shoulder of lamb with ragout parsnip and thyme or desserts such as carrot-orange terrine with coconut ice cream, chips and mini candy carrots.
