2015 was a special year for Tomeu Caldentey’s team. Celebrating its fifteenth Anniversary, Es Molí d’en Bou changed the name into Bou Restaurant. A name which represents a new concept but at the same time retains the principles from the restaurant awarded a Michelin Star in 2004.
This year, 2016, and after 13 consecutive years obtaining the prestigious Michelin Star, Tomeu Caldentey’s team invites you to get carried away by the impulses of “Bou Concept”.
Forget about anything you have experienced before in a restaurant. Come with no preconceived ideas. Don’t think that you will be seated at a table exclusively. The “Bou Concept” experience is very different.
For those of you who love the classic Molí den Bou, the menu “Classics” continues being offered this season 2016. The most representative dishes from the 16 years existence of the restaurant are being offered Wednesdays for dinner and Saturdays for lunch.
