DaiCa is a project carried out by David Ribas and Caterina Pieras. It is a prime located restaurant in the town of Llubí, in the center of Mallorca. DaiCa blends local traditional Majorcan fresh market cuisine and modern techniques: gourmet cuisine and affordable prices in a privileged setting.
Menu offer is not very extended and it changes depending seasonal ingredients. There are some permanent dishes like poultry cannelloni or porcella rostida (roast piglet); some others like pimientos de Padrón (typical green Galician peppers) or snapper soup with vegetables. You can also order lobster stew or rice with chick; as well as taste exquisite Sample Menu changing every two weeks.
DaiCa also features a small hotel with 3 guestrooms, perfect for discovering the peaceful side of Mallorca.
