A tribute to island origins--Tradition and innovation
Bar Trispol is currently a charming bar where to taste a simple menu with a Majorcan traditional touch. It was formerly where Central Mimbrera was founded and then it housed a well-known brothel called Dallas.
Jaume and Serge led Bar Trispol with a clear visión: retake traditional food and beverage, as their particular tribute to island origins.
You will find many traditional dishes in the menu as:
llonguet cambuix (quinoa hamburguer, carrots, beetroot, potatoes and salad with Tzatziki sauce);
llonguet Ilutipiris (smoked cod, salad, crispy onion, olives and pesto sauce with dried tomato);
Serrano ham and Mahon cheese;
Spninach and cheese or chicken and nuts croquettes
