BROS’s vision was quite clear: “offer a home-made table d’hote menu with nouvelle techniques”.

Fresh and seasonal raw ingredients are acquired in the traditional market Santa Catalina, close to BROS.

Some of their dishes are:

  • Artichoke with mature Menorquin cheese
  • "Patató Bravo”, fried Majorcan baby potatos with a spicy tomato sauce
  • Salmon burger marinated in soya and aged mustard served with lettuce and tomato
